Refund policy
We take great pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every Aakye object. Each item is made by hand, and slight variations are part of the beauty and individuality of the work. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of these objects, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including changes of mind, minor imperfections, or small variations from product photos. These are inherent aspects of handmade work.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery by emailing ak@aakye.com with:

Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement of the same item, if available. If a replacement is not possible due to the limited or one-of-a-kind nature of the object, we may offer a comparable replacement or an alternative solution at our discretion. Please retain all original packaging, as it may be required for shipping insurance claims or return shipment instructions.
We are not responsible for delays or lost items once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier or investigating any issues.
